Pilates Bootcamp (HIIT)

Super exciting   workout, utilizing a stability Barre, and combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, Dance.
Ideal for sculpting Lean muscle. Barre includes aerobic exercise for additional cardiovascular and weight-loss benefits.
High Repetition, low impact   workout ,and  equipment, including mini balls, light weights, resistance bands, mat  work are available to add more variety to classes.
